I went through the list of players I expect to have better years than their expectation last week. Here are five players that have no chance to be as good as they were last year.

5. DeAngelo Williams

This pick is made from three facts. 1) Jake Delhomme is not a good QB. 2) Carolina has a really difficult schedule. 3) Steve Smith is already feeling gimpy. They have the hardest fantasy schedule of any team in the league and all good defenses can take one player out of the game. In my mind, this will be DeAngelo. Jake Delhomme will have to prove that he can beat teams, and he won't.

4. Reggie Bush

He really hasn't ever lived up to my expectations, but that may be because I have always overrated him. New Orleans has the 5th toughest schedule like many other NFC South Teams. With no Kim Kardashian to lick his wounds, I expect him to post under 1000 yards and I bet he gets injured by week 10.

3. Michael Turner

Most people think that Turner is a stud. I think he is good, grant you, but he was helped by a great fantasy schedule last year. This year, he has the second hardest to deal with. Add that with a good young QB who may be a little bit overrated, and you have a recipe for a letdown season.

2. Steve Smith

The second spot goes to one of my favorite fantasy players ever. He has 1400 yards and 6 touchdowns last year. The Carolina Panthers have the hardest fantasy schedule this year. Plus they still have Jake Delhomme as their quarterback. Against quality opponents, I doubt that the Panthers will be able to anything going all year. Expect 1000 yards and 4 TDs for Steve.

1. Jay Cutler

After last week's preseason game, I have to say thank god the Redskins did not trade for him. I am honestly surprised at how much of a jerk Cutler is. Calling out Devin Hester after the first preseason game is not a great way to step into a leadership role with a new team. Anyway, besides that, all reports are that the Chicago defense is struggling which means Cutler will not be on the field as much. Additionally, when he is on the field, they will be going against the 5th hardest fantasy schedule in the league. New offense, no Brandon Marshall, hard schedule. Jay Cutler earns the first spot on this list bar none. Expect a season more like 2007, 3500 yards and 20 TDs.

Next up: Fast Starters
